PURPOSE:To prevent or reduce the reflecting waves from a distributed constant line to electrodes, by providing an elastic absorbing body between at least one electrode of input or output electrode and the distributed constant line. CONSTITUTION:An input electrode 2 and an output electrode 3 are constituted with read-screen type thin-film electrodes on a piezoelectric substrate 1. Thin film inductances 4 and 5 are provided in parallel with the electrodes 2, 3. An elastic wave absorbing body 6 is formed so that the inductors 4, 5 can be covered. With this constitution, the reflecting waves from the inductors 4, 5 can be absorbed to the body 6, allowing to prevent the arrival of the reflecting waves to the electrodes 2, 3. |
