PURPOSE:An aloe gum that is made by using antimicrobial aloe as an active ingredient and a chewing gum as a base, thus effectively keeping oral cavities clean with simple handling. CONSTITUTION:A vegetable resin, vinyl acetate resin and an ester gum, which are used as a gum base for chewing gum, are kneaded and combined with aloe and softening agents such as glycerol or sorbit solution. Further, they are mixed and cooled until the hardness becomes good, thus giving the objective aloe gum. The composition is effective against tooth decay due to the antimicrobial activity of aloe. It can be given readily and easily anywhere and anytime. |
