PURPOSE:To prevent the short circuit and electric contact by forming an integral TH-shaped slit on the circular arc section of an insulating plate. CONSTITUTION:An integral TH-shaped slit 19 is formed on the circular arc section of a battery insulating plate C 14. Thereby, when the plate 14 is bent and fixed to the upper surface of a battery power supply extracting metal terminal 7, it is brought into pressure contact with a tongue section 18, the slit is expended, and the circular arc section 15 is fitted to the bottom section 6 of the dredge section 5 of a metal base plate 4. A battery presser plate 10 is guided by a metal base plate lug B 17 and installed and fitted to the plate 4, a presser plate 8 is installed on the presser plate 10, and a battery 1 is fixed to the portion to be cleaned 5 of the plate 4. Accordingly, when the battery is set, the electric contact between a battery anode section 3 and the bottom section 6 of the dredge section 5 of the base plate 4 can be prevented with one sheet of the insulating plate 14 even if a battery 1 is inclined when the battery is set, fixed, or removed. |
