PURPOSE:To increase the versatility of an integrated circuit for ease of usage, by the constitution that the terminals of the integrated circuit can be connected to an internal circuit network arbitrarily. CONSTITUTION:An integrated circuit is constituted with a terminal 1 functioning, as input or output terminals, a circuit network 2, a connection circuit 3 which connects the network 2 and the terminal 1, and a storage circuit 5 storing a connection controlling signal 4 controlling the circuit 3. In this integrated circuit, a fuse type semiconductor switch connecting input or output lines of the network with the terminal is blown by giving a connection controlling signal externally according to the application. Thus, the connection between the terminal and the input or output lines of the circuit network is made. Then, the connection between the terminal 1 of the integrated circuit and the circuit network can be determined arbitrarily with durability. |
