1. Procedure for manufacturing a light antenna using blocks of expanded material (5-9) to provide the antenna support structure, and a metallized film (6) to concentrate the antennas energy, wherein the following operations are carried out in succession : a. A base (2) and a radiating surface (3) are stamped out of a thin sheet of metal and bent into shape ; b. The base (2) and radiating surface (3) are joined together to form a parallelepiped source (1) constituting the wave guide ; c. A prismatic block (5), whose end-section is in the form of a truncated triangle, is made from expanded material and the source (1) is placed on top of it ; d. The metallised film (6) which provides the means of concentration is bonded onto this assembly, blocks (7, 8, 9) are made from expanded material and shaped such that each block has a flat surface which matches one of the outer faces of the above-mentioned assembly, and they are bonded onto that assembly to make the antenna support structure rigid.
