摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain Nb3Sn compositely worked material having improved high magnetic field property by working Nb alloy incorporated with Si and alloy of Cu- Sn etc. in a predetermined shape and heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:The composite of Nb alloy containing 0.1-3 atomic % of Si and copper alloy containing 2-9 atomic % of tin, or copper alloy containing 0.1-15% of this tin and Ga or 0.1-18% of Al is worked into the predetermined shape by wire drawing, rolling or tubular drawing. Then, it is heat-treated at 600-900 deg.C and Nb3Sn compound layer is formed by diffusion at the boundary face of the composite. Nb3Sn compositely worked material suitable for superconductive wire material having excellent high magnetic field property can be obtained.
