<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a mechanical switch by performing the auto/ manual mode switching of shutter second speeds by discriminating the level of a setting signal which corresponds to the setting of a shutter-speed setting member. CONSTITUTION:When a shutter dial is set at the position of auto mode, the potential of the variable terminal 3a of a variable resistance 3 for speed information is maximized and the output of a voltage comparator 8 goes up to a high level. Consequently, a switching circuit 27 turns on and on the basis of brightness information obtained by a photodetecting element 13 and another photographic information, a shutter speed is calculated and then stored in a capacitor 29 for storage. When manual mode is set, on the other hand, the output of the comparator 8 goes down to a low level and a switching circuit 26 turns on, thereby storing the capacitor 29 for storage with the set-speed corresponding output of an operational amplifier 10 which corresponds to the resistance value of the variable resistance 3.</p> |
