PURPOSE:To contrive nonwiring of a radiant rays detector for CT apparatus and to improve the reliability, by supplying voltage to an electrode board for bias from an electrically conductive layer provided on an electrode support. CONSTITUTION:An electrode support 81 is of sandwich construction putting a conductive layer 81c between platelike insulating layers 81a, 81b. Because a bias electrode board BP is inserted into a groove cut to the layer 81c, voltage is applyed to all the boards BP by applying voltage to the layer 81c. On the one hand, because an electrode board for signal SP is inserted into the chanel in the layer 81a, mutual insulation is kept. Thus, nonwiring is attained by supplying high voltage from a conductive layer and variance of sensitivity by approach or cross of wiring is eliminated and the reliability is improved. |
