PURPOSE:To perform rough and fine adjustment of the vibration frequency in the same region and make the laser beam scanning range narrow and shorten the adjustment time, by making the thickness of weights, which are provided on a tuning fork type quartz vibrator, inconstant. CONSTITUTION:Weights 12 for frequency adjustment which are thick in both ends in the breadthwise direction of vibrating arms and are thin in the centers are provided at tips of vibrating arms of a tuning fork type quartz vibrator 1 in the torsional vibration mode. Rough adjustment for the frequency is performed by removal of thicker weights 12a, and fine adjustment is performed by removal of thinner weights 12b. |
