PURPOSE:To prepare efficiently a hollow molded object havin a large curvature for a duct etc. of a car cooler by a method wherein a cylinder provided with a nozzle at the end is made to be movable front end rear, right and left to the base plate of an extruder. CONSTITUTION:The middle plate 12 is provided on the lower plate 16 fixed to the base plate 4 so that it can slide right and left, the upper plate 8 is provided on the middle plate 12 so that it can slide front and rear and a cylinder 1 having a nozzle 3 at its end is fixed tightly on the upper plate 8. First, the nozzle 3 is placed on the initial end of the molding groove 19 of the lower mold 17, then as a parison P is injected continuously from the nozzle 3, the nozzle 3 is moved by motions, front and rear, right and left along the groove 19 and the parison P is stored there. Then, the lower mold 17 is rotated 180 deg. about an axis 23, then the upper mold 20 is dropped, the upper and lower molds are closed and air is blown into the parison P to provide a hollow molded object. |
