PURPOSE:To set the target amount of electric power charge and to display the remaining amount, by setting a unit price per unit electric energy varying with electric energy and the boundary value of the electric energy. CONSTITUTION:In basic-charge and unit-price setting part DS1-DS4, basic charge and unit prices per unit electric energy varying with electric energy are set respectively. In boundary-value setting parts DS5 and DS6, the boundary values of electric energy varying in unit price are set respectively. In a target amount setting part, the target amount of electric power charge for, for example, one month is set. Then, the number of pulses per unit electric energy outputted from a frequency dividing circuit 4 is counted corresponding to used electric energy. According to the count value, a unit price and a boundary value are selected successively and electric power charge is calculated. This electic power charge is subtracted from the target amount and the reminder is displayed on a remaining-amount display circuit 14. Thus, the target amount is set and the remaining amount is displayed. |
