PURPOSE:To measure a real value by a strain gauge in real-time mode by correcting a nonlinear error read out of a storage device by adding it to the output of the strain gauge. CONSTITUTION:In an initial state, the measurement output of a strain gauge 20 is amplified by an amplifier calibrated through a calibration voltage generator 23 and the resulting output is applied to an adder 29 through an A/D converter 24 and also applied to an operator 25. This operator 25 counts a corresponding address and a memory 27 is accessed through an address buffer 26 to read the nonlinear error of the gauge 20, which is applied to the adder 29 through a data buffer 28. Consequently, the nonlinear error of the strain gauge output is corrected in real- time mode to measure the real value of the strain gauge at a high speed and with high precision. |
