PURPOSE:To achieve a safe operation of an analog controller, by adding a digital controller for the analog controller so that a failure diagnosis and backup of failed parts of the analog controller can be made. CONSTITUTION:The output of a load instruction signal 1 and detectors 2a-2n is applied to analog controllers 3a-3n, and the output is given to operation terminals 5a-5n via switches 14a-14n. The signals are applied to a digital controller 12, and failure monitor is made at a rationality operation section 7, simulation operating section 8 and failure deciding section 9 at all times. If a failure signal is detected, failed parts and backup parts are displayed and displayed and recorded on a recording section 11', in a failure processing deciding section 10', and switching instruction is given to the switches 14a-14n and a digital control start instruction is given to the simulation operating section 8 and a control amount storage section 13. |
