PURPOSE:To perform spot welding of good finish easily without deforming objects to be welded by forming projecting parts to silver braze, and coating flux in the recesses of the projecting parts. CONSTITUTION:Rolled silver braze 1 is formed with upper and lower projecting parts 2 and recesses 3 by projection working with a male die 6 and a female die 7, thence it is immersion-coated with flux 5 and is dried with a drier 15. Next, the silver braze 1 is supplied between objects 8, 9 to be welded and the objects are welded by electrodes 10, 11. Thereby the spot welding is accomplished satisfactorily through utilization of the silver braze of simple construction, workability is improved and the automatic supply of the silver braze and flux is made possible. |
