PURPOSE:To enable detailed monitor of the state of device, by providing a time additional function, a function scanning the state of device at high speed and a function storing and printing the state, at a station to be controlled which is monitored from a remote location. CONSTITUTION:A device state signal inputted from a high-speed scanning circuit 7 is stored in a memory 10 via a system bus 5 together with a time signal from a clock 9 under the control of a controller 1. The controller 1 checks the content of the memory 10 periodically, and if any information is stored, the content is printed at a recorder 11. The device state signal is transmitted to a remote monitor station periodically via a code conversion controlling section 3 and a signal transmission controlling section 2. |
