<p>PURPOSE:To detect the slackness and the overtension of a tape, by attaching a tensile force on an elastic extension sheet, and measuring the change of the electric resistance value of the sheet. CONSTITUTION:Since the elastic extension sheet 8 on which tensile stress is attached acts as a tension spring, the tension of the tape 1 can be maintained at a constant level in a stationary state. Since a tension post 4 is moved by a large distance according to the tape 1 and the tensile stress of the elastic extension sheet 8 is changed remarkably when the tape slacks or excessive tape tension is applied, a detection circuit 9 detects the abnormal value of the electric resistance value according to the stress. In such a way, it is possible to detect the slackness or the overtension of the tape.</p> |
