PURPOSE:To prevent a picture from shifting to the right and left, by defining the front and rear parts of two fields in accordance with the timing of a vertical synchronizing signal and a horizontal synchronizing signal, and executing the read and read-out of the front and rear frame in 1 frame, in the same sequence. CONSTITUTION:From a video signal outputted by a video signal output means 1 of an NTSC system, a horizontal synchronizing signal H and a vertical synchronizing signal V are separated by a synchronization separating circuit 2, the first memory address counter 4 is cleared by this signal H, and the second memory address counter 5 is cleared by this signal V. Address signals of these respective counters 4, 5 are inputted to the first and second memories 9, 10. Also, this device is provided with a toggle FF circuit 7 which is cleared by AND of the signal H and V, and selects one of the memories 9, 10 by a clock signal of the signal V and the signal V. In this way, an input video signal is made binary by an input from a clock oscillator 8, in an A/D converter 11, is applied to the memories 9, 10, the oscillator 8 is stopped by an overflow signal of one of the counters 4, 5 and it is prevented that a picture shifts to the right and left. |
