PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a molded coil with long lifetime by interposing a metallic foil formed with an insulating layer at an electromagnetic coil between a case and the electromagnetic coil and pouring resin harmless to the coil around the coil. CONSTITUTION:A metallic foil 4 of aluminum having, for example, 0.05-1mm. of thickness is formed and inserted to contact with the entire inner wall of a case 1 of heat curable resin, e.g., phenol resin or the like, and an insulating layer 5 made, for example, of polyester film or the like is inserted into the inside of the foil 4. Further, an electromagnetic coil 2 is inserted into the inside, epoxy resin is, for example, flowed as harmless second heat curable resin 3 into the coil 2, and is then heated and cured. Since the metallic foil shields the harmful gas or liquid even if they are produced from the case to the coil in this manner, it can eliminate the damage of the insulation of the coil and can increase the lifetime with safety. |
