The frame supports a bicycle in the upright position. It has an arm (1) secured at one end to a supporting structure (3), and detachably coupled at the other to the bicycle by the upright handle bar tube. Fixed to this tube is a component (7) securing it to an anchoring device (4) on the arm with the aid of a lock. Joints (6, 6') in the arm allow it to pivot in the vertical and horizontal directions. A third joint (6"), also allowing vertical pivoting, can be included.
