<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned high quality laminated plate short of deviation of plate thickness, camber, tortion, etc. by a method wherein after thermosetting resin is heated and molded under pressure near the temperature showing the lowest viscosity, it is hardened sufficiently at increased temperature when it commences gelling. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of veneers obtained by impregnating a substrate of sheet material such as paper or the like with thermosetting resin such as epoxy resin, phenol resin, etc. are laminated and then, the temperature of a hot platen on the outer side of the laminated plate is set preferably to T1+ or -10 deg.C and at the same time molded preferably under the pressure (under the max. pressure 100kg/cm<2>) less than 2-3 times the stress in equilibrium with the viscosity of the resin. After the hardening reaction of said resin progresses and the resin passes through the gelling point t3, the temperature of the hot platen is increased up to that necessary to realize properties of the laminated plate to harden the resin completely.</p> |
