The dynamometer includes a solid weighed part and a solid unweighed part connected by thin zones on which the extensometric gauges are glued. A bar is shaped into a parallelepiped, and a transverse cylindrical hole (22) is drilled in the centre plane. Slots (24,31) are made in the solid part, and are oblique in relation to the longitudinal plane of the bar and end in the cylindrical hole. The bar has its weighed part connected to its unweighed part by thin zones or strips which are oblique in relation to the stress component to be measured and which deform by shearing. A third strip is cut out perpendicular to the faces of the bar section. The appts. is adapted for aerodynamic tunnels.
