Each construction has a floor, a roof, exterior walls connecting the floor to the roof as well as several partitions dividing the interior into independent areas. The areas can be bedrooms with associated bath and shower room so that the construction forms part of an hotel or they can be teaching rooms so that the construction forms part of a school or they can be apartments etc. Each set of rooms can communicate with the outside but not with each other. The rooms can be pre-fabricated at the factory.
