The system enables erection of a building in dry conditions, by forming culverts for groundwater in sealing walls of sealing structures (13) below groundwater level (2). Sealing walls, or parts of them, are cut, broken up or flushed out with the aid of a high-pressure jet of fluid (2) at 250-2500 bar, and at a discharge velocity of 600 m/s. The procedure enables groundwater to pass through the sealing structure, at these points, so that through-flow and thus the original groundwater condition, is largely restored, with normal groundwater flow movement. Gas. pref. air, may be used in the jet, which can be rotating, and swivelling at an adjustable angle. |
