Oxidiser contg. rigid outer surface - and deformable inner wall fitted with expandable hoses to prevent deposit formation

In an oxidn. device, the surfaces of the oxidiser (1) are rigid. The inner wall (3) is deformable and squeezable. Expandable bodies (2) are placed between the outer and inner wall at given intervals. The oxidisers are used esp. for oxidn. to CaSO4 in flue gas desulphurising plant. The building up of CaSO3 or CaSO4 deposits on walls is prevented. The inner wall pref. consists of elastic material. The inner wall is sealed onto oxidiser bottom with rivets (4) and withholds the oxidising medium from the outer wall (1) up to the oxidiser neck (5). On charging pressure water or compressed air to the expandable pipes (2), the inner wall is deformed.
