<p>PURPOSE:To obtain high sensitivity with a simple structure by arranging a positive characteristic thermistor at a suitable part of an inside cylindrical body not forming a pipe passage of a concentric cylindrical body having an annular cross section. CONSTITUTION:A flow speed measuring positive characteristic thermistor 13 is provided on the outside not constituting a cylindrical pipe passage situated on the inside of a pipe for the flow speed measurement 11 composed of the same center cylindrical pipe by a positive characteristic thermistor support rod 12 so as to position on a central axis line of the pipe 11 supported by connecting its hoth ends electrically. By such a constitution, when a fluid flows in the pipe 11, heat is absorbed from the surface of the thermistor 13 and an electric resistance is varied. This varied electric resistance is detected as the flow speeed. Accordingly, a resistance variation rate is high with a simple construction compared with such as a flowmeter using a platinum wire, and 10-100 times sensitivity is obtained.</p> |
