<p>PURPOSE:To enable a structure for fitting a boot to be produced easily by a method wherein a collar is placed between a fixing member for a slide pin and a stepped part of the slide pin, and a projection is provided on the outside periphery of the collar. CONSTITUTION:The slide pin 15 is slidably fitted in a pin hole 16 of a capliper 10 at a pin slide part on the outlet side of the disk rotation. The slide pin 15 is provided with the stepped part 17 at one end, and the collar 19 having substantially the same diameter as that of the pin 15 is provided between the fixing member 11 and the stepped part 17. The collar 19 receives a compressive force due to the screw coupling of the pin 15. The projection 20 is provided at a central part of the outside periphery of the collar 19, and one end of the boot 22 is fitted into the gap between the projection 20 and the fixing member 11. Accordingly, since the boot 22 can be fitted by simply providing the projection 20 on the collar 19, the structure can be manufactured more easily than in the case of providing an engaging groove at the surface of the collar 19.</p> |
