PURPOSE:To make unnecessary a synchronizing wire and to facilitate multiplexing of a converter, by forming a timing signal by a comparison signal of a comparison signal detection circuit and driving a sampling circuit. CONSTITUTION:A comparison signal egamma obtained from a comparison signal detection circuit 13 is suppled to single multiplexers 17a, 17b through a waveform shaping circuit 16 and pulses Pc, Pd having a pulse width tau1 are obtained. The pulses Pc, Pd are supplied to single multiplexers 18a, 18b and pulses Pe, Pf delaying to every width tau1 are obtained and the pulses Pe, Pf are supplied to switching means 8a, 8b of a sampling circuit 8 usig the pulses Pe, Pd as a timing signal and then, the means 8a, 8b are operated in turning on at every time tau2. Accordingly, sampling is carried out at a stabilized point of time by setting the width tau1 suitably. Further, on occasion of multiplexing a converter, timing of the sampling can be adjusted by supplying the signal egamma to each converter only and a special wiring for multiplexing is unnecessary. Hereby, the multiplexing is easily carried out. |
