<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the decrease in the rate of dust collection owing to rescattering during hammering by circulating dusty gas flow to the composite direction of the repulsive force caused by a repulsive field plate and gaseous flow, in an electrical dust precipitator wherein electrode hammering is operated. CONSTITUTION:Dusty gas passes between the electrodes in a dust precipitator 12, and is discharged through a microparticle reducing chamber 3. When a fixed amount of powder dust accumulates on the dust precipitation electrodes, it is discharged by the impact of the electrode hammering, and the charged powder dust scattered at the hammering is flowed to the down stream. This charged dust moves in the composite direction with a gaseous flow moving direction by receivig the repulsive force of a repulsive field plate 10 formed by a metal screen-like electrode plate inclined diagonally backward in the chamber 3, and is captured by a return pipe 4 provided below the plate 10, thence it is circulated to the precipitator 12.</p> |
