PURPOSE:To improve the reliability by burrying a low resistance member at the position of a resistor member where a specific electrode is planted, while planting a specific electrode on said low resistance member and preventing the discharge between the stem pins of each electrode. CONSTITUTION:A supporting member 32 is comprised of a resistors 32a and 32b. The resistor 32b is burried in the resistor 32a and has the resistance lower than that of the resistor 32a. Then predetermined voltage is applied on the third, fifth and fourth grids 38, 40, 39 in accordance with the division ratio of the resistor 32a, while a uni-potential type auxiary electronic lens is formed by the third, fourth and fifth grids 38, 39, 40 and a by-potential type main electronic lens is formed by the fifth and sixth grids 40, 41. |
