PURPOSE:To enable the continuous mass production of a processed food, e.g., croquette, by making the thickness of a formed raw material adjustable by a cone body and the packing density of the formed raw material easily adjustable by a cam body. CONSTITUTION:When the adjusting rod 22 is rotated, the cam body 18 is drawn, and the sliding shaft 16 and the cone body 17 are moved horizontally, the contact point of the leg parts 14 of the pressing body 10 and the cone body 17 is varied, the dropping value of the pressing boyd 10 is changed, and the depth of molding holes 12 can be adjusted, to vary the depth of a molded food. While when the cam body 18 is rotated round the rotating shaft 15, the pressing body is separated from the top end 45 of the cam body 18, the time when the pressing body 10 is brought into contact with the cone 17 is delayed, and the packing density is adjusted by the relationship of the position of the protrusion body 13 bsed on the molding holes 12. |
