PURPOSE:To prevent a runaway by detecting pulses generated peiodically in a central processor and by putting a safety processing means in operation while resetting the central processor when those periodic pulses are not generated. CONSTITUTION:A central processor (CPU)61 fetches various sensor outputs via an input equipment 62 and drives operating apparatuses, such as a pulse motor 5, through an output equipment 63. The CPU61 outputs a constant-period pulse signal S1, whose period is detected by a period detecting circuit 64. When the pulse signal S1 is not outputted at the constant period, the CPU61 is reset with a reset signal and the pulse motor 5 is stopped with a stop signal S4. In addition, a warning device 65 is operated with a warning signal S3. |
