PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a gimbal part by guiding a missile zigzag. CONSTITUTION:An incident light beam from an optical lens system 10 is detected by photodetecting elements 6, 7, 8, and 9. The photodetecting elements generate outputs when the image of a target traverses and from their relation, the attitude of a missile to the target is found. The output signals of the photodetecting elements are supplied to amplifiers 12 and 13 and a lateral acceleration command is generated by a reference signal generating circuit 17 corresponding to lateral attitude signals detected by the amplifiers 12 and 13 and applied to a lateral autopilot 19 after the phase is adjusted by a phase compensating circuit 18. Longitudinal attitude signals detected by amplifiers 14 and 15 are applied to a longitudinal autopilot 21. Therefore, the missile moves toward the target while zigzagging laterally. |
