<p>PURPOSE:To ensure the smooth loading of a magnetic tape with no damage, by securing such constitution in that the position of engagement between the magnetic tape loaded to a cassette and a neck tightening post at the same height after the stretching of the magnetic tape. CONSTITUTION:When a cassette 1 is set, a rotary disk 20 turns counterclockwise. Thus a neck tightening post 23 is biased to be close to a guide drum 19 of a magnetic tape 4 and at the same time to stretch the tape 4 and then fitted to a recessed part at a position control part 41. With more rotary motions, a limiter post 8 of the cassette 1 is pushed up by the cam of a cam arm 38. The push-up height of the post 8 is almost equal to the height of the tape 4 at the moment when the post 23 finishes the loading to a drum 19. When the disk 20 is further turned with the end of the loading of the tape 4, a neck tightening post 61 engages the fitting part of the part 41. When the tape 4 is shifted under such conditions, a stable shift of the tape 4 can be maintained in any state.</p> |
