<p>PURPOSE:To shorten an instruction execution time and to reduce chip size by arranging logical circuits for control in one body while interposing only control signals between those circuit parts and logical circuit parts to be controlled. CONSTITUTION:On one semiconductor substrate, logical circuits 21-23 for control are arranged as a one group. Logical circuits 24-26 to be controlled are arranged to oppose them. Then, only control signals 27-29 are interposed between the control circuits 21-23 are circuits 24-26. A bus line 30, on the other hand, is so arranged as to transmits and receives a signal 31 to and from only one control circuit 23 and to and from the circuits 24-26, signals 32-34 are transmitted and received by the bus line 30. Consequently, the length of the bus line is shortened and an instruction execution time is also shortened.</p> |
