PURPOSE:To perform automatic operation in safety according to the operation conditions of a plant, by providing a setting part which sets conditions of automatic operation and a resetting part which resets them. CONSTITUTION:A plant condition signal (b) outputted from an input part 1 is sent to a judgement controller 5, which judges the coordinate with an operation start permitting command signal (e) stored in a storage device 4 to output an operation control signal (i) to a plant operation part 6. In the storage device 5, the start permitting command signal which corresponds to each operation item is preset on a condition set in a preset condition setting part 7. When an operation start condition corresponding to the operation item preset in the storage device 4 is not in conformity with the current operation condition, a condition releasing the preset condition is set in a preset release command part 8 and in case of a sudden change in condition, the preset condition is released to enable an operator's judgement. |
