PURPOSE:To prevent the destruction of a circuit element in an OP amplifier, etc., by decreasing a DC voltage value when a positive and a negative DC voltage being unbalanced and further by inrerrupting power supply when it continues. CONSTITUTION:A voltage generating means 2 converts an AC input from an input terminal 1 into prescribed positive and negative DC voltages by using a smoothing circuit and a voltage stabilizing circuit. Those positive and negative DC voltages are applied to a load through the output terminals 3 and 4 and also sent to a detecting means 5. The detecting means 5, when the positive and negative DC voltages are unbalanced, generates a detection output to supply it to a voltage drop means 6 and a voltage stopping means 7. When the output of the detecting means 5 is inputted, the voltage drop means 6 lowers the absolute value of the output voltage value. The voltage stopping means 7, on the other hand, supplies a stop control output to the voltage generating means 2 when the output of the detecting means 5 continues for a prescribed term. |
