PURPOSE:To reduce the time required for maintenance and inspection, by providing the test selection signal to ensure the direct storing into an optional storage circuit in the inspection mode. CONSTITUTION:The data of a bus 1 is applied to storage circuits 5-7, and the synchronous signals 2 are counted by a counting circuit 3 to produce a selection signal 4. The signal 4 selects the circuit 5 with the first signal 2 and then the circuit 6 with the next signal 2 respectively, and finally selects the circuit 7. The signal 4 and a test selection signal 11 are switched and selected by a switch 12 to be turned into an effective selection signal 13. The switch 12 selects the signal 4 in the normal mode and the signal 11 in the inspection mode, respectively. Each of the circuits 5-7 fetches and stores the data of the bus 1 only when the signal 13 is applied. Then each of the stored data is supplied to processing circuits 8-10 to receive a prescribed process, respectively. |
