PURPOSE:To enable the reduction of a contact resistance through the application of an appropriate pressure to a contact surface, by a method wherein a contacting part of a conductive contact is formed in a ring or a semispherically-bending shape. CONSTITUTION:A contact 6 is formed such that a flat conductive material, having an equal width to that of a lead 12, is formed in a ring. A plurality of the ring- shaped contacts 6 are positioned matching the position of the lead 12, and a measurement is conducted such that the lead 12 of an electronic part 20 is pressed to make contact with the ring-shaped contact 6 at a measuring time. The ring-shaped contact 6 is placed by meas of a coupling shaft 7 made of an insulating substance. This permits the application of an appropriate pressure to a contacting surface, and the free movement of the contact 6 on the circumference of the coupling shaft 7 does not always keep a constant contacting spot, whereby the contact 6 wears uniformly all over, and as a result, the productivity can be improved. |
