PURPOSE:To execute analysis of a direct dyestuff of black color, by decomposing the dyestuff by acid and analyzing thus decomposed component by a liquid chromatograph. CONSTITUTION:As for a reagent for acid decomposition of a dyestuff, a mixed solution of stannous chloride, chlorin and ethanol is used. As shown in an equation 1, for example, 0.3g of a dyestuff is added to a mixed solution containing 1.5g of stannous chloride, 10ml of chlorine and 10ml of ethanol, and then, after having been circulated for approximately 2hr, it is neutralized by solution of NaOH, filtered and thus filtered solution is analyzed by a high-speed liquid chromatograph. By using ODS-silica gel as a column filling agent and 0.01MNaNO3/CH3OH=1/1 as an eluate, acid-decomposed compound can be completely segregated. Further, as for a detector, a 254nm ultraviolet ray spectrophotometer, etc. is used. |
