<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate expensive mold in the manufacture of a molded coil by forming a frame of heat resistant insulating plate and adhesive tape when forming the molded coil used for a transformer or the like for a welding machine and filling and curing molten resin liquid in the space produced by the coil disposed in the frame and the frame. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a looped coil 1 having a core inserting hole 1a at the center is covered with a glass tape 4, terminals 5-8 are led to one end of the coil 1, and a temporary fitting 9 is secured to the front surface with bolts 10a and a hanging fixture 10b. Then, to immerse molten liquid, e.g., epoxy resin or the like in the tape 4 of the coil 1, an epoxy plate 12 mixed with glass fiber is used, and a frame 11 secured with adhesive tape 13 is prepared at the inner and outer corners. Thus, it is composed, a mold releasing agent is coated on the inner surface as required, the coil is contained in the frame 11, a cover 12a is coated thereon, resin is filled in the space between the frame 11 and the coil 1, and the frame 11 is then removed.</p> |
