PURPOSE:To manufacture moldings having uniform dimensions and quality by a method in which at a time when the detection temperature of a sensor attached to molds reaches a set temperature through maximum temperature, the molds are opened and cooling process for molding is automatically controlled. CONSTITUTION:A resin is cast into molds 3 and 4, and at a time when the detection temperature of a temperature sensor 6 attached to the molds reaches a set temperature through maximum temperature when detecting the temperature (the temperature of resin inside molds) of molds, the contacts L1 and C1 of a temfperature judging device 7 are turned ON, molds-opening command 9 is sent to a molds driver 5, and then molding is taken out of the molds 3 and 4. Since the cooling process is directly controlled by the temperature sensor, no dispersion occurs in the degree of cooling and molding of uniform quality an therefore be obtained. Also, since the setting of longer cooling time is not needed, the productivity of molding can be more raised than a cooling control method using a timer. |
