PURPOSE:To obtain a synthetic resin molding integrally molded with surrounding parts by a method in which the torso and bottom sections of a bottomed preform are supported from inside by a supporter, heated from outside, and then molded by compression or vacuum molding method. CONSTITUTION:Prior to vacuum or compression molding, a surrounding part 3 is held on the inner surface of a female mold 2, the torso and bottom sections of a bottomed preform obtained by injection molding are supported by insertion of a perforated supporter, the preform is heated from outside by an infrared heater, etc., in such a way as to heat its outside to 160 deg.C and also its inside to 100 deg.C, compressed air is blown into the holes 5a of the supporter, and the female mold 2 is evacuated through its exhaust port 2b to obtain a molding integrally molded with the surrounding part 3. In this case, a box 6 through which compressed air is sent is separably provided to the supporter 5 on the upper part of the preform. |
