PURPOSE:To prevent the inclination of the jetting direction of ink particles and lessen the deviation of dots by designating the distance between the upper end of the frontal side of nozzles and the nozzles to 0.3mm. or more. CONSTITUTION:On both ends of a head base plate 1, ink flow paths 10 are formed and vibrating plates 2 are provided by hot bonding. In the neighborhood of the nozzles, auxiliary plates 32 are hot-bonded to the vibrating plates 2 and concurrently polished with the frontal side 7 of the nozzles. Thus, ink layer is thinly and widely spread and filled to the end of the auxiliary plates 32, the spraying state of ink particles is equalized on the injection axle of the nozzles, and therefore, the deviation of dots is avoided. |
