PURPOSE:To enable video processing in a very short time, by performing layout processing and output operation every one scanning pitch of an original picture, in a layout scanner. CONSTITUTION:As input start position information on an original, a layout information consisting of distance (x0, y0) from a prscribed point P on the original, output start position information on an output photo sensing material and a trimming informaton, is inputted to a layout information input device 15. The layout informtion is stored in a storage device 16 and the original video information for one scanning pitch's share is stored to a storage device 13, at a least. The original video information stored in the device 13 is outputted on the specified position of output photo sensing member on real time with a logical operation circuit 14 based on the layout information. |
