PURPOSE:To achieve excellent synthesized picture, by detecting and comparing the size of space of the 1st original and the size of synthesized part to be located to the space of the 1st original in the 2nd original, and magnifying the synthesized part of the 2nd original for picture synthesis. CONSTITUTION:While the main scanning line of an optical scanning device 22 is in subscanning for an original A, the light illumination of an LSD24 is controlled and an area A2 only in the original A is not exposed. On the other hand, while the main scanning line of a scanner 23 is in sub-scanning for an original B, the light illumination of the LSD24 is controlled and an area B1 only of the original B is exposed. The size of the areas A2, B1 is detected and compared, the size of the area B1 is magnified so that the size of the both areas coincides, the required information is inputted to a frequency mixer 33, and the output is applied to a modulating element 4. Laser light is modulated with this element 4 and a synthesized information C in which designated required information A1, B1 of the originals A, B is superimposed, is recorded on a photo sensor. |
