PURPOSE:To obtain a desired multiplying factor by a monochrome picture information, by using plural nultiplying circuits which have been set to a multiplying factor excepting a multiplying factor by which a fine line disappears. CONSTITUTION:As for multiplying circuits 51-53, the respective inputs and outputs are connected to a gate circuit 54. This circuit 54 is provided with an external input IN for inputting a picture information signal from the outside, and an external output OUT for sending out a multiplied picture information signal to the outside. Also, a gate controlling circuit 55 constitutes a connection switching circuit 50 together with the circuit 54, and the circuit 55 executes the control for securing a bus of a picture signal extending from the external input IN to the external output OUT, in the circuit 54, in accordance with a multiplying factor which is set by a multiplying factor setting device 56. In this way, disappearance of a fine line is prevented by a monochrome picture information, and a desired multiplying factor is obtained. |
