<p>PURPOSE:To restore writing data, to improve a reliability and to effectively use a memory by writing transmission data corresponding to a write command through two sets of RAMs and transmitting a corresponding write response. CONSTITUTION:The write command with data is transmitted to a data carrier 20 from a controller 10, written in the area 25a of the RAM 25 through a command memory controller 23 and the page data of an EEPROM 24 is read and written in an area 25b. Then, the corresponding address of the area 25b is rewritten by the contents of the area 25a and written in the ROM 24. This page data is read to the area 25b, the controller 23 decides the propriety of the writing of the ROM 24 according to the coincidence or the mismatch of the contents of the area 25a and when it is correct, the write response is supplied to the controller 10 and when it is not correct, the write response to which the correct writing data of one page of the area 25b is added is supplied to the controller 10. Accordingly, the writing data can be restored, the reliability is improved and the memory is effectively used.</p> |
