<p>In this process, the sand molding forms are made impervious to water. The tempering is effected from the outside by means of an appropriate fluid, after the molding forms have been filled with metal or during the filling operation. Appropriately, the molding forms bound by organic materials are brought to a tempering temperature which does not produce a gaseous decomposition of the organic binder. </p> |
