PURPOSE:To form the panel for structure having high sound insulation and sound absorption effects by a method wherein a large number of holes or grooves are shaped to the surface of a steel plate for body structure, and the steel plate and synthetic stacked on the surface of the steel plate are unified by pressing one part of the synthetic resin into said holes or grooves. CONSTITUTION:A large number of connecting projections or ribs 3 with the communicating holes or the grooves 5 are molded to the surface of the steel plate 1 for the car body structure by means of a press. One part of the synthetic resin 7 is pressed into said communicating holes 4 or the grooves 5 by compressing the melted synthetic resin 7 placed on the steel plate by means of a press, the synthetic resin 7 and the steel plate 1 are unified, and the panel for the structure is shaped. |
