TREATMENT OF CHEMICALLY TREATING LIQUID CONTAINING SLUDGE IN CHEMICAL TREATMENT WITH PHOSPHATE

PURPOSE:To stabilize a chemically treating liq. and to enhance the sludge recovering efficiency by circulating and using the liq. after separating sludge with a wet cyclone. CONSTITUTION:Sludge 11 precipitated on the bottom of a chemically treating vessel 1 for forming a phosphate coat on a substance to be treated is fed to a wet cyclone 2. A chemically treating liq. contg. sludge is then fed. It is whirled to settle sludge and the sludge is separated from the treating liq. The separated liq. is returned to the vessel 1 again. The recirculating treating liq. is reused after adding zinc phosphate and an oxidizing agent.
